Terms of Use
These terms cover the use of this website. They are not product terms, because we do not sell a product yet. When we do, it will come with terms of its own.
01Who operates this website
This website is operated under the Smallcraft Labs brand by Midaz Group sp. z o.o., a limited liability company registered in Poland. Its full registration details, including the registered office address, KRS and NIP numbers, are published on the company details page.
Written enquiries about these terms go to hello@smallcraftlabs.com.
In this document, “Smallcraft Labs”, “we” and “us” refer to Midaz Group sp. z o.o., and “you” refers to anyone using this website.
02Scope of these terms
These terms govern your use of the website at smallcraftlabs.com and its subpages. They constitute the terms of service for the electronic service consisting of making this website available, within the meaning of Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
These terms do not cover any product. We do not currently sell or provide any software product or subscription. When a product becomes available, it will be governed by its own separate terms and its own privacy policy, and nothing on this page will be a substitute for them.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the website.
03Information only, not an offer
Everything published on this website is provided for information. Nothing here is an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code, an invitation to conclude a contract on specific terms, or a binding commitment to deliver any product, feature, price or date.
References to future products, planned pricing (including any figure such as “from USD 9 per month”) and intended ways of working describe our current plans. Plans change. No statement on this site creates an entitlement of any kind.
04Technical requirements
To use this website you need a device with internet access and a current web browser that supports HTML5, CSS and JavaScript. The site is static, so no account, software installation or registration is required. We do not charge for access. Your own internet access costs are yours.
05Acceptable use
You may read, print and quote from this website with attribution. You may not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its hosting infrastructure or any connected system
- interfere with the availability of the website, including through excessive automated requests, denial-of-service techniques or similar activity
- introduce malicious code, or use the website to distribute unlawful content
- use the Smallcraft Labs name, logo or wording in a way that suggests affiliation with, or endorsement by, us where none exists.
Providing unlawful content through this website is prohibited. As required by the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, we state this explicitly even though the website offers no means of submitting content.
06Intellectual property
The design, text, layout, source code, logo and other materials on this website are owned by Midaz Group sp. z o.o. or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property law. The name “Smallcraft Labs” and the associated mark are used by us as identifiers of our business.
You may not copy the site as a whole, reproduce substantial parts of it, or reuse our branding for your own products or services, without our written permission. Ordinary quotation with a source reference is permitted.
07Availability and accuracy
We make a reasonable effort to keep the website available and its content correct and current. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability: the site may be unavailable during maintenance, or as a result of failures at our hosting provider or elsewhere on the network.
Content may become out of date. We may change, move or remove any part of this website at any time, without notice.
08Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, including loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption, where such loss results from circumstances for which we are not at fault.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law, in particular for damage caused intentionally, for damage to life or health, or under mandatory consumer protection rules.
09Links to other websites
This website may link to websites operated by other people. We have no control over those websites, do not endorse their content and are not responsible for it. Following an external link is at your own risk, and the terms and privacy policy of the destination apply once you arrive there.
10Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: this website has no accounts, no forms and no tracking cookies, and the only measurement it performs is anonymous and cookieless.
11Complaints
If something about this website is wrong, whether an inaccuracy, a broken page or a concern about how it operates, write to hello@smallcraftlabs.com. Please describe the problem and, where relevant, the address of the page concerned.
We confirm receipt and respond within 14 days of receiving a complaint, to the email address you wrote from.
12Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms, for example when the website changes or when the law requires it. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the date at the top shows when it took effect. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the amended terms.
13Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law. Any dispute arising from the use of this website will be resolved by the Polish court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the company named on the company details page.
If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence, and the rules on jurisdiction applicable to consumers apply instead.
